TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The person requesting the reading must be 18 years or older.
2. I do not give reading about third parties. I will answer queries concerning your relationship to a specific person but the information given will be about you in regard to that person.
3. I will not give medical, legal or financial advice. If the reading raises any issues regarding health you will be advise to consult your doctor or health practitioner.
4. All readings & Horoscopes are for ‘entertainment’ purposes only. Readings are given on the understanding that you have free will & as such I am not responsible for any decisions, actions or events which may take place following a reading.
5. These reading & Horoscopes are not meant to predict the future, though they may suggest a likely outcome if current conditions prevail.
6. Readings will not commence until payment has been received. Response to enquiries will normally take place within one week of receipt of the Enquiry Form. If there is likely to be a delay I will let you know. If there is a major problem, such as sickness, & it is not possible for me to contact clients individually, please check the web site www.astroowl.co.uk.
7. Readings are delivered by email. You will receive a secure link from which you can access your reading.
8. The secure link will be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
9. I reserve the right to refuse any reading if I choose. Where pre-payment has already been received a full refund will be given.
